Job description

The newly acquired IPD business be known as "MHE", retaining the existing MHE branding, and form the material handling equipment division of Jebsen & Jessen Technology. It will cover manufacturing, engineering, renting, trading, supplying and servicing of MHE's complete range of industrial and material handling products (Dock levelers, door systems; mechanical car park systems; building maintenance units; boom lifts, aerial work platforms; warehouse trucks, lift systems..). Our business spans in Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. Website: mhe.jjsea.com.


- Identify new accounts, forecast and explores business opportunities to achieve sales targets for all defined products at defined area by developing and implementing sales strategies to ensure a competitive position in market.

- Conduct sales meetings, contractual proposals negotiation, evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, handles and resolves problems encountered, etc… in order to close for sales opportunity.

- Develop marketing plans, and identify potential customers and new projects.

- Monitor market trend, products, services and prices so as to retain market competitiveness as well as to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of own product technology and development in order to better understand customers' requirements, diagnose problems and offer solutions.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales forecasting and reporting processes.

Job requirements

- Owning a Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

- Having 3 years’ sales experience with good sales record in industrial and material handling equipment.

- Experience in sales of Warehouse Equipment Rental & Sales (lift truck, forklift, scissor lift…) is a plus.

- Strong understanding of the material handling industry, current market trends, and competitor landscape.

- Good business presentation and negotiation skill.

- Excellent customer relation, aggressive and result oriented.

- Friendly disposition, proactive and a good team player.

- Able to withstand high pressure sales related working environments and willing to travel to other provinces.
