This position is responsible for managing and developing the ESBU sales in Vietnam for all Littelfuse products via the channel partners and directly to achieve the Company’s budget on design revenue and shipment revenue via new business development.
1. Drive demand creation within Vietnam by understanding Littelfuse product portfolio and related end application.
2. Review and monitor POS, POA and inventory reports with distribution channels
3. Ownership of NBO process and goals for assigned customers.
4. Facilitate regular review process with distributors on customer activities.
5. Cooperate and drive distribution sales and FAE team on demand creation.
6. Closely work with end customers on new business/project development
7. Work with distributors on new customers and segment development.
8. Cooperate with marketing team on product development.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. A degree from related Engineering stream, preferably from electronics engineering.
2. At least 5 years experience in electronics industry
3. Sales & Marketing experience defining customer requirements and total available/sellable market
4. Basic knowledge in electronics and electrical fundamentals.
5. Experience working with international company
6. Fluent in English, both written and spoken
7. Familiar with R&D Engineers, Sourcing & Procurement teams in the electronics industry.
8. Possesses friendly personality and sociable characters, calm but aggressive/persistent are the important factors to be considered as well.
9. Willing to travel in the region is a must.
