- Manage and visit existing accounts with a focus on P (Penetration), F (Farming), and key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Establish new accounts by identifying and visiting NVPC (Non-Visit Potential Company).
- Drive and update sales pipelines in CRM actively.
- Update CRM regularly (daily) according to policy.
- Provide and present MT products and applications to customers.
- Provide on-site seminars to P or key accounts mainly.
- Comply with corporate guidelines.
- Regularly interact with other departments to ensure a smooth business process.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor in engineering (Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronics, Industry Technology).
• Good at English, written and spoken.
• At least 3 years in sales (preferably of equipment to industrial clients).
• Understanding of local market and key segments (Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical).

• Convincing presenter and professional communicator.
• Action-oriented and self-motivated, outspoken with excellent listening abilities.
• Dynamic and adaptive, looking to develop her/himself continuously.
*** Graduate: Automation, Mechatronics, Electric, Mechanical.
Area: Based in Can Tho, Travelling to Ca Mau.

Salary: Negotiable + Commission.
