* Scope of business: Equipment and solution provider to automotive and general electronic industries.
* Working location:
- Ha Noi Office : 89 Ngo Gia Tu Street, Duc Giang Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi
- HCM Office : 53 Phu Long Residential Area, Nguyen Huu Tho Street, Hamlet 5, Phuoc Kien Commune, Nha Be District, HCMC
* Job description:
• Plan and organize sales activities, such as solution presentations, equipment demos, line trials, seminars, …etc to find out customers’ needs and transform business opportunities into orders.
• Continuous customer visit in specified territory and explore opportunities on different products categories.
• Make business development plans, customer mapping and weekly summaries to the manager for monitoring.
• Strictly submit report or any work progress update to manager before deadline given.
• Perform a SWOT analysis for territory markets, and collect information about competitors, potential market volumes, current market shares, and customer feedback.
• Aggressively exploit the in-charge territory to identify new targets of customers and new sales opportunities.
• Cooperate with marketing teams in marketing activities and analysis.
• Cooperate with technical team to offer after sales service to customers.
• Cooperate with the Finance Department to improve the performance of receivables and payables.
• Negotiate and close Sales Agreements with good terms and conditions.
• Support Purchasing & Admin team to do necessary product deliveries or documents to customers accordingly.
• Support the Project team for site work such as installation/paperwork/site management and supervision (if any).
• Other tasks or reports are assigned by Manager and BOD (might not related to sales).
Yêu cầu công việc
*Job requirement:
• Age: under 35 years old
• At least 2 years of experience in industrial equipment sales.
• Good at English communication (work with foreigner)
• College/University degree or above with engineering, IT or business background.
• Good at time management and planning skills.
• Proactive to communicate and update information to manager.
• Independent to explore new lead and opportunities in sales.
• Able to deal with deadlines, being Customer Oriented.
• Analytical approach to problem-solving capability, ownership, and never-give-up attitude.
• Ability to plan and prioritize work efficiently, under high work pressure.
• Sales passion, collaborative, open-minded and resourceful.
• Flexible to support company business after working hours (if needed).
• Be willing for business trips.
• Car driving license (optional).
