III. JOB OBJECTIVES

Sales serves as the company's external window. As a member of the Marketing Center team, sales professionals must promote and sell the company's comprehensive products and solutions while delivering experiences that exceed customer expectations and proactively resolving client issues. You are not only tasked with conquering new markets but also with analyzing and planning industry and market trends to build industry resources.

IV. FUNCTIONS AND TASKS

1. Build and expand customer networks in the plastic manufacturing industry and related sectors; coordinate with technical and production teams to ensure product quality, delivery timelines, and compliance with customer standards.

2. Provide consulting on engineering/civil plastic products, raw materials, and technologies tailored to customer needs.

3. Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and monitor execution progress.

4. Manage and develop long-term relationships with strategic customers.

5. Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

6. Collaborate with R&D and production departments to develop production plans based on customer orders.

7. Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with technical standards and safety regulations.

1. Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Biology, Electrical/Energy Engineering, Chinese, Japanese, Korean or related fields;

2. Possess strong English and communication skills; Chinese is an advantage

3. Possess strong achievement motivation, a desire for success, and a drive for rapid personal growth;

4. Be approachable, enjoy and excel at interacting with others, with excellent communication skills and empathy;

5. Demonstrate strong teamwork abilities and resilience under pressure
