Job description
- Customer interface for quality issue or any customer requirement
- Onsite defect verification at customer IQC and assembly
- Regular meeting with customer and factory
- Follow up action items
- Review Factory report prior send to customer
- Work with customer and factory on IQC criteria and requirement
- Summary Customer IQC and inprocess performance related to our Fan motor (LAR and DPPM)
Job requirements
- At least 3 years minimum work experience in Quality and process manufacturing field
- Can speak and write english (Chinese language is advantage)
- College degree (engineering graduate most advantage)
- Able to communicate with customer fluently and with pleasing personality is advantage
- Able to work more than expected hours upon work needed
- Flexible and easy to adopt with new environment
