Sales Management
- Responsible for managing and developing current portfolio of customers
- Will be held responsible for customer retention, development and finding new customers.
- Grow the revenue of the company and reach sales quotas.
- Plan commercial activities & Merchandising with customers
Specific responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
- Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
- Receive and report on all sales leads
- Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
- Meet all sales quotas and goals
- Help to build an accurate forecast of needs of customers
- Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals
Job requirements
Profile
Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Management, Sales or any relevant fields
Background preferred as a Salesperson and/or Customer Service
Fluent in English (any other languages are a plus)
Great customer service skills
Pro-active and move forward attitude to conquer new markets
Excellent Verbal & Writing skill
