- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for products/services.
- Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the company.
- Achieve the target of allocated channel to meet sales target set by management
- Prepare reports relate to sales activities
- Collaborating with marketing team of head office to prepare event & promotion for sales and marketing activities
- Other tasks as assigned by Regional Sales Manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Have the years’ experience in related field (sales, hospitality)
- Necessary Skills: Good command of English, problem-solving, good communication skills, customer negotiation skills
- Experience in household appliances/coffee industry/barista is an advantage
- Interested in coffee culture
- Technical understanding
- Joyful and presentable
- Active and self-motivating
- Commission and bonus by target
- As per the labor law and provide the additional healthcare insurance PVI after 6 months of working
