Job Description

Homebase is looking for a talented candidate to join as a Sales Executive. This position will have a chance to work directly with the core members of our small but elite team and will have the following responsibilities:

- Sales of bespoke real estate financing products to local and foreign homebuyers.
- Find potential new customers, constantly follow-up, and convert them into clients.
- Continuing to support existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive.
- Collaborate with the team to find ways to increase sales and achieve greater customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that the CRM is constantly updated.
- Assist with property investment decisions.

Job Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent fluency in English communication, especially in a professional setting
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Self-independence in terms of prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Are willing to learn quickly and flexible in adapting to feedback
- Impeccable attention to detail and high internal standard of work
