• Handle and upgrade relationship with existing customers to ensure business secured.
• Do market survey on products, prices and others. Propose action plans for direct Manager.
• Follow up with customer for any feedback or new enquiries. Offer and negotiate all transaction term & conditions.
• Inter-communicate with other countries of Group for products development and prices.
• Liaise to customer service and other inter-departments from inquiries through delivery and payment collection process.
• Make customer visit plan weekly and follow up for payment with AR
• Prepare and update records/reports as required.
• Always stay up-to-date to new industry’s trends and apply to daily works.
• Follow other jobs assigned by Key Account Supervisor

1. At least 2-year experiences in sales
2. Experiences in packaging and garment industry
3. B.A or college degree preferred
4. Good English (Chinese is a plus)
5. Familiar to Salesforce, SAP/ERP system
6. Ability to work under pressure
