• Develop and expand business relationships with contractors, design consultants, architecture firms, and project owners in the construction field.
• Identify, approach, and participate in bidding for new construction projects related to security systems.
• Provide consultation and design suitable security system solutions (CCTV, Access Control, Alarm, Intercom, etc.) for offices, factories, and commercial buildings.
• Coordinate with the technical department to develop solutions, prepare quotations, and bidding documents according to each project’s requirements.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring achievement of sales targets, profit margins, and project schedules.
• Monitor and manage project progress, support during implementation, and maintain good customer relationships after project completion.
• Conduct market research and propose strategies to develop and expand business activities in the security system sector.
• Other tasks assigned by the Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Electrical – Electronics, Automation, or other related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project-based sales within ELV, M&E, Security, or ICT industries.
• Proven experience in project bidding, including document preparation, quotation, negotiation, and contract management.
• Strong network within architecture, construction, M&E, or security industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with strategic thinking and the ability to work independently.
• Good command of English in both verbal and written communication. Candidates who can communicate in Japanese will be given priority.
• Prefer candidates with experience in ELV system suppliers, contractors, or working with Japanese companies/clients.
• Proficiency in Visio and AutoCAD is a strong advantage.
