Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to support our sales efforts and contribute to the growth of our coworking space. This role will focus on driving revenue, expanding our client base, building strategic partnerships, and positioning our brand as the go-to workspace solution for entrepreneurs, startups, and enterprises. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to convert leads into long-term members.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support & Lead Conversion
• Actively promote centres, drive business growth and maintain standard of services
• Assist the Sales Manager in implementing sales strategies.
• Handle incoming inquiries and follow up on leads.
• Conduct tours of the coworking space for prospective members.
• Preparing sales materials, proposals, and contracts.
2. Client Relationship Management
• Maintain regular communication with prospective and current members.
• Support onboarding of new members and respond to member queries.
• Help ensure a positive member experience and satisfaction.
3. Market Research & Reporting
• Research competitors and trends in the coworking or real estate sector.
• Collect and update data on client profiles and lead progress.
• Provide weekly updates and sales reports to the Sales Manager.
4. Community & Partnerships
• Assist with promotional events, networking sessions, and marketing initiatives.
• Encourage referrals and help build a sense of community among members.
• Collaborate with local businesses to create value-added services for members
• Maintain a good and lasting professional relationship with clients and business partners
5. Administrative Tasks
• Maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tracking systems.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and documentation standards.

Key Requirements
• Education & Experience
o Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
o 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in coworking, real estate, or hospitality.
• Skills & Competencies
This role is ideal for someone passionate about real estate, flexible workspaces, and building professional communities.
o Fluent in English.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
o Prior experience in coworking, serviced office, and corporate service provider is an advantage.
o Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment, as well as initiative to work autonomously.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
o Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing new opportunities.

o Strong work ethics, punctuality, and professional appearance.
Working Hours & Holidays
• Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Lunch: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM) and Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• Public holidays according to Vietnam’s national calendar
