Business Development (Direct Approach): - Explore new product offerings and collaborate with partners to promote company products to end-users. - Engage closely with partners to assist in project execution, driving sales to generate purchase orders. - Develop a new project pipeline and maintain regular follow-ups to ensure progress, updating the Head of Sales weekly on pipeline statuses. - Approach consultants and designers to advocate for company products, aiming to include them in vendor lists and project specifications. - Coordinate with the SE team to create proposals, presentations, and system designs tailored to end-user requirements. - Initiate and execute effective marketing campaigns to attract inquiries from potential end-users. - Work alongside the regional marketing team to develop event strategies and sales tools in Vietnam, such as exhibitions, product launches, PR activities, social media campaigns, catalogs, and leaflets. - Provide both pre-sales and post-sales support for products, ensuring high-quality customer service and staying updated on technical functionalities. - Collaborate closely with the company sales and engineering teams to drive business growth and collectively achieve business partner targets.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications and requirements: - Degree in Sales/Business/Administration or a related field. - At least 3 years of relevant experience in product channel sales. - 2 years of experience in direct sales with end-users for projects. - Strong ability to multitask and excellent time management skills. - A hunter mentality, driven to penetrate new markets and customers to create new project pipelines. - Knowledge in security products such as Video Management Systems, IP cameras, NVRs, CCTV, and wireless products.
