Sales Executive & Admin

- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

- Actively promote our tennis programs and services through various channels including online platforms, social media, and local networks.

- Respond to inquiries from potential clients, provide information about our programs, and assist with enrollment processes.

- Manage customer relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with coaches and staff.

- Assist in organizing events, tournaments, and promotional activities to enhance the academy's visibility and reputation.

- Collaborate with the management team to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the overall success of the academy.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the sports or education industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

- Passion for tennis and a genuine interest in promoting sports and fitness.

- Fluency in both English and Vietnamese languages is required.
