• Develop new businesses for all product range – Priority to be given to air freight development.
• To own, monitor & drive all sales activities of new, existing and assigned customers within your control, ensuring prospects are identified, qualified & nurtured through the sales pipeline so as to close profitable & sustainable customer deals.
• Strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiatives.
• Developing and leveraging on company’s branding and professional profile.
• Retention of accounts through customer service excellence.
• Gathering and sharing of market intelligence.
• Ensure timely response from client queries and RFQ’s.
• Drive and achieve department goal in accordance with company directions.
• Manage account receivables at all time & follow up on AR issues with clients.
• Ensure timely submission of reports.
• Any other task that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• basic knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback -
• Fluent English or Chinese is preferred
