Sales Executive & Manager – Footwear Material Division

• Visit existing and potential clients regularly
• Promote and introduce company products
• Understand clients’ technical requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Work with related colleagues & follow up on order situation, testing results with factories
• Handle product complaints and coordinate with the technicians & related depts for troubleshooting
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and after-sales support
• Collect market and competitor information for product improvement and market strategy
• Prepare reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and issue resolutions
• Support customers with documentation, certification, or spec proposals …when needed

• Understand customers’ technical requirements and propose appropriate material solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams to track order status, production processes, and testing results
• Handle product complaints and collaborate with technical teams and related departments on troubleshooting
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support
•Collec market and competitor information to support product development and strategic planning
• Prepare Customer activity reports, customer feedback summaries, and issue-resolution updates
• Support customers with documentation, certifications, and product specifications when required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Male
• Bachelor’s degree in Shoes, Chemistry, Management, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in shoe factories (development, purchasing, production supervision) OR as a sales executive for footwear material suppliers
• Strong knowledge of shoe development and production processes is a significant advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel frequently to client sites, brand offices, and manufacturing facilities
• Strong teamwork spirit, problem-solving mindset, and customer-oriented attitude
• Fluent in English
• Chinese language ability is a plus
WORKING CONDITIONS
• Office located in central Ho Chi Minh City
• Frequent travel to shoe factories and brand offices as required
• Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
• Business trips required depending on client and factory schedules
