Sales Executive (Animal Nutrition)

Vietnam Investments Group (VIG) is looking for a Sales Executive (Animal Nutrition) working at our portfolio company - Vietnam Food

I. COMPANY INFO

Vietnam Food (VNF) is the pioneer and leader in Vietnam in sustainably valorizing the shrimp by-products. Since 2014, VNF has successfully developed a unique biotechnological production model with a Zero-Waste production mindset.

As a result, VNF has been able to valorize underexploited shrimp co-products into active ingredients, applicable for Food, Petfood, Feed, Agriculture and different industries (Wastewater treatment, Bioplastics, Pulp & Paper, etc.). With that, VNF is contributing to the circular economy vision and enabling the sustainable development of the shrimp industry.

VNF has achieved several local and international awards and recognitions: 2019 Europe Food Ingredients “Future of Nutrition”; Vietnam National Quality Award 2020, etc.; and projects sponsored by the World Bank, Vietnam Ministry of Science & Technology, and Australian Government, etc.

II. JOB DESCRIPTION

- Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes, particularly in the animal nutrition and livestock/aquaculture sectors.

- Sales & Business Development: Develop and manage new business opportunities across domestic and international markets. Lead the positioning of animal nutrition products and solutions through strategic proposals, product trials, and tailored presentations to key stakeholders including feed manufacturers, farm owners, and distributors.

- Technical & Customer Engagement: Work closely with feedmills and livestock/aquaculture farms to provide technical consultation, coordinate on-farm trials, gather product performance feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction with animal nutrition solutions.

- Other tasks by requests (e.g., internal sharing & training, data processing & report, pitching, etc.)

III. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

a. EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor/ Master’s degree from top Vietnamese or foreign universities, preferably majoring in Animal husbandry, Veterinary, Aquaculture, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry.

- Experience in animal/aquaculture husbandry industry at least 5 years.

o Ability to multitask & work under pressure

o Frequent international & domestic travel might be required
