We are looking for 02 Sales Executive to join our Sales teams
1. Key Account Management Sales Executive for small HA product (microwave oven, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher) Channel Dien May Xanh
• Assist the Team Leader in managing, selling and developing relationships with key accounts.
• Understand and implement PSI (Purchase - Sell - Inventory) strategies to optimize product availability, sales performance, and inventory management for key accounts.
• Collaborate with the Team Leader and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and meet customer expectations.
• Support the Team Leader in conducting regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and address any concerns or issues.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding product offerings within key accounts.
• Assist in the development and execution of sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue from key accounts.
• Coordinate and manage the sales cycle for key accounts, including order processing, delivery coordination, and payment follow-up.
• Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to the Team Leader, highlighting key trends, opportunities, and challenges within key accounts.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify potential risks and opportunities for key accounts.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay informed about product updates and enhancements to effectively communicate value propositions to key accounts.
2. Sales Executive for IT product (laptop, monitor, projector), channel B2B, Project
• Responsible for developing project markets for IT products
• Co-work with supporting function for supply plan, order management and delivery
• Nurture and develop existing sales channels to maximize revenue.
• Cooperate with Marketing team to generate and implement sales programs and marketing activities
Yêu cầu công việc
1. KAM Sales Executive, small HA product:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in small appliances (consumer electronic) environment.
• Familiarity with key account management principles and the ability to support the Team Leader in managing and developing relationships with key accounts.
• Basic understanding of PSI (Purchase - Sell - Inventory) strategies and their impact on sales performance and inventory management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and build relationship with clients.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
• Results-oriented mindset, with a desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage sales activities and generate reports.
• Knowledge of the industry and market trends, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
2. Sales Executive, IT products
• A university degree in Economics, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT business sector, with experience in the laptop segment being a significant plus.
• Experience in project-based fields, especially in IT/electronics, is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication, networking abilities, negotiation and customer persuasion skills are essential
• Product presentation skills and the ability to analyze data effectively.
• Capable of both independent work with a high sense of ownership and collaborative teamwork with responsibilities
• Proficient in English and computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
