Sales Executive (English/chinese)

- Achieve sales targets set by the Director.

- Attend customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses.

- Communicate with suppliers to negotiate sales terms, pricing, and other relevant terms to maximize profit.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Proactively search for potential customers through various channels.

- Verify new and potential customer identity and thoroughly understand their needs.

- Coordinate with relevant departments, such as Chartering, Operations, Finance, Legal to facilitate the completion of deals; ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

- Update industry trends, market conditions to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

- Assist the Director in administrative tasks as required.

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience of sales within the Steel industry is highly desirable.

- A strong command of English or Chinese across all four skills with a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 (or equivalence) or HSK4 (or equivalence)

- Willingness to travel for business within a short notice.

- Working time 8:00-17:30 Mon-Fri

- Preferrably onboard ASAP
