Mô Tả Công Việc

HQTS Group is looking for Sales persons to join our international team in Vietnam taking care of Vietnam and the regional SEA markets. The successful candidate will have previous experience in sales and business development with proven success in meeting targets. Working from Vietnam, our Sales Executives initiate new business with mid to large size companies in their home country or region. The target opportunity will be importers of consumer product, such as, hard goods, soft goods, electronics, textiles, mechanical accessories, and other materials from Asia.
And non-consumer product, such as, Food & Agriculture Products, Gas &Oil Industry, Machinery, Tool and Equipment, Automotive products, Building material, Projects…
The Sales Executive is an experienced Business Developer with the proven ability to independently develop executive level relationships and grow a profitable portfolio of clients through personal lead origination, qualification, consultation, sales negotiation and closure.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

A successful track record of personal sales performance:
• Demonstrated skills in the areas of lead generation, prospecting, and closing
• Excellent listening, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to develop strong and trusting relationships at all levels in an organization
• Ability to think strategically when viewing client challenges and objectives
• Outstanding analytical skills
• Intellectually curious
• Determined and self-motivated
• Able to work equally well alone or as part of a team
• Able to work schedules that align with the target market
• International travel is required
• Previous experience in a related field is a plus.

Selection criteria:
Senior Executive: 3 - 5 years in sales, master sales soft skills, negotiation, proven achievement.

HAVE EXPERIENCE IN INTERNATIONAL TRADE

Compensation:
- Labor contract and insurance by law, modern technology, active teamwork, good career path;
- Executive: basic VND 11 to 15 million + commission as policy (up to 12% of revenue)
- Senior Executive: basic VND 15 to 20 million + commission (up to 12% of revenue)
