Your main role will be to speak with organisations interested in our Great Place to Work Certified distinction and our Best Workplaces lists/awards. You’ll be backed by an in-house team of marketing specialists, who will provide you with inbound, qualified leads. When not servicing incoming leads, you will be researching and proactively reaching out to companies who may be eligible for our award program.
It is your job to quickly close these deals and add as many clients as possible to the Great Place to Work customer community. This role is pivotal to helping us achieve our company mission across the South-East Asia market.
What we need from you:
The right candidate is a driven and determined individual, dedicated to meeting and exceeding quotas – never bored by repetitive conversations, but instead excited by the possibility of ongoing, frequent sales wins. You’ll ideally have:
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese (ability to conduct business conversations in Vietnamese is essential)
• 1+ yr B2B inside sales experience in a corporate environment
• A proven track record of success. You hold yourself accountable to meeting your quotas
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A desire to develop and eagerness to learn
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft® Office® suite and CRM (desired but not essential)
This is predominantly a work from home position with some travel required each year.
