Sales Executive - Freight Forwarder

JOB DESCRIPTION

* Source and approach potential customers for international freight forwarding services (ocean freight, air freight, inland transportation and customs clearance).

* Identify prospects and qualify sales opportunities.

* Arrange and attend meetings/visits with existing and potential clients.

* Build and nurture long‐term relationships with a diverse customer base.

* Expand business volume from current accounts and develop new accounts.

* Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets (KPIs sales).

* Must Have

- At least 1 year’s proven experience in freight forwarding / logistics sales.

- Fluent English (oral & written).

- Strong negotiation, communication & presentation skills.

- Self‐motivated, ambitious, quick learner with a strong customer focus.

- Ability to work independently and under high pressure; willing to travel for business.

* Nice to Have

* Hands‐on experience with a CRM system.

* Existing network of import/export customers.

* Knowledge of both ocean & air freight transportation

Working Conditions

- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM

- Office‐based in Ho Chi Minh City with regular client visits and occasional overtime to meet customer needs.
