Job Description:
1. Job Summary:
This position is a paid full-time position offered by The Global Citizen Education Group. The ideal Sales Executive should be competitive and trustworthy, and eager to help us build our business in Vietnam. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects as the goal is to surpass the company’s expectations to create sustainable growth.
2. Responsibilities:
● Establish new strategic partnerships with individuals or companies which can help meet sales targets
● Generate new sales leads by actively seeking out new opportunities through cold calling, networking or social media etc.
● Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, ideal price points and customer needs
● Set up and attend meetings with potential clients and develop solutions based on their feedback and needs
● Negotiate, close deals, and handle complaints or objections
● Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
● Manage student enrollment, program consultation and other sales-related activities like tele-sales or phone counselling services
● Create a positive brand and image for the company
● Collaborate with other teams within the company to produce required marketing or supporting materials
● Create monthly reviews and reports with sales and financial data
● Review sales performance and suggest market-ready solutions
● Maintain updated client records including meetings and other interactions with clients
Job requirements
3. Requirements:
● Minimum bachelor’s degree ideally with a background in sales and marketing
● 1-2 years of work experience in a related line of work such as education or sales, is a plus
● Ability to converse in either Korean or Japanese is highly preferred
● Proven experience as a sales executive or some kind of equivalent role
● Bilingual ability to read, write and communicate in English and Vietnamese
● Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google email suite
● Thorough understanding of marketing, negotiating and closing techniques
● Be able to travel for work

6. Additional Job Details:
● Position Type: Full-time
● Salary: basic salary up to 12 mil/ month + KPI bonus
● Remote Work: No
● Eligibility: Open to Vietnamese nationals
