● Grow student numbers through new customer conversions
● Increase student retention/re-enrollment rates
● Support brand value build and awareness
● Expand virtual geographic footprint
● Propose product/service developments
● Provide professional support to the TechTrain community (parents and students).
● Support the Sales/Student Affairs Department Lead in handling communication channels, and the sales pipeline/customer journey to meet and exceed brand service expectations.
● Assist the Department Lead in developing and implementing commercial tactics and strategies to increase student numbers and company revenue/profit.
● Report directly to the Department Lead.
● B2C sales funnel leads handling; from initial engagement to sale closure.
● Embrace and communicate the TechTrain's Mission and Vision; building excellent knowledge of TechTrain products/services, and of individual customers (parents) and students.
● Maintain brand-standard level customer relationship care, and record relevant student/parent feedback.
● Actively propose sales activities and tactics to support the department.
● Provide relevant information to support Marketing channels.
● Monitor the learning situation of students and perform student care services.
● Oversee communication channels with parents about the learning situation,
attendance, and discipline of students.
● Record, handle, and report to Department Lead on issues related to students/parents.
● Support Department Lead in planning, and executing company growth activities.
● Assist Department Lead in preparing management reporting (sales reports, lead generation reports, customer relations reports, onboarding and placement reports).
● Various administrative tasks, and cashier work.
● Other tasks as may be assigned by management from time to time.
**General / Cross-functional responsibilities
● Liaise with other departments on related activities (customer journey/sales pipeline processing/product activations/campaign launches) as required.
● Understand all departments are aligned to the same company goal (growth while maintaining quality) as such work with a mutually supportive approach to all tasks with all teammates.
● Propose potential new business growth or partnership opportunities.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Excellent spoken and written English required. Fluency in other language/s may be very important
• Strong communication skills, enjoy the sales process, enjoy relationship building with clients
• Strong work ethic and commitment to consistently excellent results
• Education Counseling experience is a plus
• TECH SAVVY and interested in the crossover of Technology and Education
