Mô Tả Công Việc
• Selling Wuerth products of fasteners, MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations)/tools products (C-parts) & Wuerth C-parts system solutions & services to Industry customers
• Developing & managing Industry customers to hit sales target.
• Following up & managing the payment and collection days with customers in line with company rules
• Regularly visit all customers, assessing requirements, advising customers on the selection of articles and selling Wuerth products & solution systems.
• Developing & expanding more Wuerth product ranges to Industry customers.
Constantly search for new business opportunities;
• Identifying and developing new customers in the assigned territory, increase sales and profitability
• Setting up appointments and delivering presentations of our products and services to new and existing customers
• Managing the whole sales process: following up on customer meetings/ requests/ quotations/ offers in close cooperation with the Inside Sales & other Departments
• Preparing proposals and agreements for customers
• Giving technical and sales support to customers
• Conducting market research, analysis & forecast in regular basis
• Other tasks as may be delegated by the Manager from time-to-time;

• Understanding about sales & commercial professionals for International & domestic trading
. > 4 years experience
• Excellent sales, negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong business acumen, quality consciousness and professional integrity
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
• Pro-active individual, highly committed and motivated
