Our business covers a wide range of services, including full-cycle software development for major Japanese corporations and startups, in-house product development and global distribution ("Made in Vietnam, to the world"), and support for local Vietnamese startups.

• NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES: 150 (including 15 foreign nationals from Japan and Korea)
PURPOSE OF RECRUITMENT
Due to the reorganization of the sales dept of Vitalify Asia, we are recruiting a Sales Executive to work under a new Japanese Sales Manager.
Tasks and responsibilities will be adjusted based on your skills and experience.
General Responsibilities
• Set your KPI and action plan in alignment with the company’s goals, strategy, and tactics.
• Continuously review your plan and conduct internal reviews and approvals as needed.
• Regularly report your progress and consult with the Sales Manager.
• Continuously improve work efficiency and productivity through process optimization and KAIZEN.
As a Sales Account Executive
• Maintain strong sales communication to build long-term client relationships.
• Take responsibility for the sales performance, contract terms, and profit/loss of assigned projects.
• Manage monthly sales figures for assigned projects.
• Analyze project profitability and implement action plans to maintain and improve performance.
• Lead the preparation of proposal documents in collaboration with the development team.
• Present proposals to clients and negotiate project terms.
• Adjust contract conditions with clients as necessary.
• Consistently develop action plans for the projects under your management.
• Coordinate with Sales Admin to generate the contract, payment request, and invoice.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• More than 1 year of experience in B2B Sales or Marketing.
• Preferably studied marketing, business, or related fields in school.
• Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
• Logical thinking and strong explanation skills (fact- and data-based).
• Ability to stay updated with industry trends and new technologies with a proactive attitude.
• Foreign Language Requirements:
• Japanese: JLPT N1~2 level (Required)
• English: TOEIC 600+
• Practical communication skills are more important than certifications.

• Project Task Management: Redmine / Jira / Backlog / etc.
• Employee Evaluation Policy: We evaluate your growth and adjust your salary to market value or higher.
• Testing Devices (Smartphones): Access to the latest devices.
• Check-in/out Time Management: Own system (Apps).
• Certification Allowance: Various types available, leading to salary increases.
• Salary Review: Every 6 months.
• Parties and Events: Plenty.
• Career Path: We offer two main career paths—organizational management or expertise (specific technology, project management, UX design, sales, marketing, etc.). Advancement to Director, CTO, or even CEO is possible.
SALARY
1,000 – 1,500 USD gross (Depending on experience and skills)
