Sales Executive Logistics / Freight Forwarding

• Responsible for trading goods to the US market and developing new customers within Vietnam.

• Work closely with the Lotte Branch in the USA to coordinate sales activities and ensure smooth communication.

• Handle sales processes from prospecting, negotiating, to closing deals in the freight forwarding and logistics sector.

• Support customers with procedures related to transportation, import/export, documentation, and logistics operations.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to expand business.

• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, accounting) to ensure timely delivery of services.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and provide input to enhance sales strategy.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the forwarding / logistics / international trading industry.

• Strong knowledge of transportation procedures, shipping documentation, and logistics workflows.

• Proficient in English (required) – both written and spoken.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.

• Proactive, customer-oriented, with strong problem-solving ability.
