- Presenting the product in a structured professional way
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market research, dealing with potential customers to open a channel of distributors throughout Vietnam.
- Market research, dealing with potential customers and handle the relevant technical issues on:
+ Solid understanding in Direct Channel – Industrial B2B,
+ Approach – follow – negotiate – offer quotation – close deal – payment: Full process for hunting and winning Industrial Project to supply Industrial lubricants.
+ Planning Sales in Quarterly/ Monthly/ Weekly/ Daily and report to Manager and/ or Leader.
+ Develop and serve customers with services: sample arrangement/ proceed contract and docs, ... and solve arising problems.
+ Follow up budget revenue / debt collection.
- And other relevant tasks to be assigned by the management from time to time.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduated from the relevant University specialize in technical/ engineering major.
- Solid understanding in Direct Channel - Industrial B2B, industrial lubricants experience or candidates with “Fast Moving Consumer Goods” – FMCG industry is an advantage.
- At least 3 year experience as Sales Executive in industrial lubricants.
- English communication for both speaking & writing. CHINESE/ KOREAN/ JAPANESE speaking is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, able to multi-tasked, patient, careful
- Must be a team player, proactive, flexible, energetic, enthusiastic and adaptable.
