Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive with a proven track record in medical device sales in the Vietnamese market. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals. The working model is hybrid, allowing for a combination of remote and on-site work. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the medical device industry while advancing your career with a forward-thinking company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to healthcare professionals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive developments, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least one Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information to diverse audiences.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience selling medical devices in [specific healthcare area, e.g., Obstetrician, Gynaecologist, etc.].
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in the medical device industry.
• Existing network of contacts within the healthcare industry.
