Assist in manage relationships with customers effectively and efficiently in Areas.
Assist and manage relationships and follow-up sales volumes in the targeted customers to achieve sales area target.
Create and develop grower solutions based on customer requirements and where appropriate align with the grower to the channel
Ownership of Sales Process in Areas (Lead, Apply, Guide, Implement and Audit)
Complain Handling Management
Ensure full compliance with regulatory bodies
Communicate and adopt ‘best practices” – sales & marketing in Area.
Drive sales excellence and customer focus
Gather, Analyze and Communicate Market Place Information
Regular and accurate update on market size, opportunities, business environment, competitive information, customers etc. to Regional Sales Manager.
Customer Database / Profile Management
To create market demand in customers by offering solutions to deliver customer satisfaction and loyalty to ensure desirable distribution coverage.
To support and implement sales, marketing and promotion activities in cooperation with Area Sales Manager to achieve the agreed annual sales and consumption target as an individual and team.
To build rapport and foster the customer relation at all levels to ensure the customers satisfaction and loyalty to strengthen the long-term business partnership.
To maximize the given resources to deliver effective field activities program and ensure the balance of sales/ expenses ration vs. field activities.
To coordinate and support marketing and technical departments in developing new product application to ensure successful launch of the new products/ projects.
To contribute in formulating the field activities on company products to strengthen company market leader position.
To generate a deep understanding of key market drivers, monitor and anticipate their evolution to assess and grasp business opportunities better and faster than competitors.
To ensure that all sales activities are compliance with COC, HSE/Q standard and policy.
Typical daily tasks include but is not limited to the following:
Manage selling day activities
Manage Sales plan and activities plan at the shops
Manage monthly stock check
Manage shop decoration and merchandizing

Understanding in Basic agri-business to develop and well plan sales strategy.
Good knowledge of products, crops in order to create demand and deliver benefits to customers.
Good knowledge of Agri-market development to consult the channel partners to achieve KAM target.
Good understanding of Syngenta CRM & GTM strategy to fulfil customer need and offer crop solution
English communication and basic computer application for better personal development.
Fast moving and creativities to move ahead competitors in the dynamic marketing environment.
Good knowledge of sales and marketing with adequate technical background of crops, crop protection and their application.
In-depth knowledge of the business and the key drivers in leveraging channel partners and grower customers.
Good knowledge of distribution channel and the competitive environment.
Proven track record of sell.
