Sales Executive (Nhân Viên Kinh Doanh)

- Achieve sales goals and quotas as assigned by management.

- Support and maintain good relationships with customers and build strong relationships with key accounts.

- Develop new customers such as hospitals, hotel and clinics through cold calling, visiting and other applicable methods as new customer development.

- Responsible for timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks such as daily reports, monthly reports, expense reports, etc.

- Provide market trends and competitive field activity information to company management and propose sales strategies.

- Develop and manage the behavior of subordinates if any in the future.

- Preparation of bidding documents, etc.

- Current client: Hospital. After bidding, we provide linen and clothing washing services to hospitals.

- Any other tasks as assigned by General Director

* Necessary Skill / Experience

- Bachelor's Degree

- Gender: Any

- Age: 27-35

- Language skills: Japanese Skills or English Skills at Business Level

- Having more than 3 years of working experience as Sales or Sales assistant level

- Have good experience in new client’s development

- Communication Skills: Smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Resolving labor issues and office management issues.

* Preferable Skill / Experience

- Having experience in hospital-related business or the healthcare industry or Linen service industry

- Having good relationship with the hospital or clinic

- Having working experience in a Japanese company

- Having both English and Japanese skills

- Good understanding of Japanese company's culture

- Can work flexible
