Inabata Vietnam Co., Ltd. invested by Inabata Singapore (Pte.) Ltd is an affiliate of Inabata & Co., Ltd (Japan). We’re specializing in Import/Export and sales of plastic resins, chemicals, management consultant, and others. In order to develop activities in Vietnam, we are now seeking for 01 person for the position of Sales Executive .
1. Sales & Marketing
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to sales targets
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Study, Search, Update of market intelligence, quotations, presentations, concepts, etc... to look for business opportunities
• Market research and Promoting sales
• Market survey & budget management:
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
- Monitoring ongoing campaign spending against the budget, keeping accurate records and reporting to Manager
• Regular meeting customers to understand business requirements and address those needs by all means
- Contact to get orders and coordinating with Customer, Supplier, and the Logistics Coordinator. Ensures, by closely coordinating with the Customer, Supplier, Logistics Coordinator, that products are delivered as per order details and that sufficient inventory are in place.
- Coordinate with other departments (CS, Acc,...) to solve customer requirements
3. Sales Performance: Planning and delivery:
- Control sale budget
- Control AR (Account Receivable)
- Control Stock out- in
- Promote relation with customers through frequent visit
- Develop new business
- Provide product’s information
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Must have 3-5 years experience in sales
- Fluency in English is compulsory.
- Ability to work independently and be a good team member. Honest and willing to support other member.
- High sense of responsibility, professionalism, agility, enthusiasm
- Working from Monday to Friday, from 8.30 am – 5.00 pm;
- Having health check once a year;
- Evaluation to increase salary 1 time per year.
- Bonus twice a year base on performance
