Sales Executive (Packaging)

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the flexible packaging market. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic sales plans and achieve sales targets. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our products and services. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability and meet sales objectives. Keep abreast of industry developments, including new technologies and trends in flexible packaging and printing. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the sales manager. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.

Bachelor's degree in Printing engineer, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales position, preferably in the packaging or printing industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives. Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management. Knowledge of flexible packaging materials, printing processes, and industry standards. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
