Sales Executive (Tú Làn Lodge)

Scope & detailed responsibilities

• Design and implement sales plans to achieve targets, focusing on direct customers.

• Develop personal sales channels through social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

• Manage and sell through the company's channels, including live chat (Tu Lan Lodge website, Tan Hoa village), fan page, hotline, and OTAs.

• Sell Tu Lan Lodge services, such as ATV tours, F&B offerings, and other services, to direct guests and tour participants.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure service quality and enhance the customer experience.

• Negotiate with customers regarding the terms of booking contracts and service reservations for individual guests.

• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback about services.

• Follow up and maintain customer relationships before, during, and after booking, resolving any problems or complaints that may arise.

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills both in Vietnamese and English.

• Critical thinking mindset and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Any degree in Communications, Journalism, English or a related field is a plus.

• Active, a passion for travel and adventure is a big plus.
