Sales Executive (Work in HCM City)

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sales Executive to manage and grow our key customer accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities in the market. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, technically inclined, and driven to meet or exceed sales targets in a demanding precision engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Relationship Management: Develop and execute a strategic plan to maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• New Business Development: Proactively identify, research, and pursue potential customers and new market segments.
• Market Intelligence: Actively gather market, competitor, and customer information to inform sales strategy.
• Sales Process: Present and represent the organization to customers, expertly handle objections, and gain a clear understanding of customer requirements.
• Quotation & Proposal: Prepare accurate, rapid cost calculations, and generate professional sales quotations and proposals.
• Order Coordination: Liaise effectively with internal teams and suppliers to monitor and check the progress of existing orders, ensuring timely delivery.
• Post-Sales Support: Receive, address, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to products and services.
• Performance & Reporting: Consistently review personal sales performance against targets. Prepare and submit weekly reports on sales status and activities.
• Undertake any other related duties pertaining to sales and marketing functions.

- Quantity:
+ 1 person for Ho Chi Minh Representative Office
- Male/Female age 22 - 40
- Having Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Strong selling skill, interpersonal skill and strong service mind.
- Enthusiastic, initiative, be able to work under pressure & independently.
- Good command of English and basic Japanese preferred.
- Computer literacy: word, excel, power point
- Good at presentation.
- Able to work extended hours on occasion when required.
- Preference will be given to candidates with Japanese language skills.
