Key responsibilities
• Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth. This includes identifying new market opportunities and expanding business with current customers.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationship with existing and potential customer.
• Market Research & Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive products to provide insights into product development and pricing strategies.
• Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in waste water additives, ensuring the ability to provide customers with technical advice and solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment in product offerings and to address customer needs efficiently.
• Customer Presentation & Negotiation: Lead customer presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations.
• Support Team on technical issue & design predicted formulation to meet customer’s specifications
• Reporting: monthly sales reports, including market intelligence, and insights into sales pipeline activity.
• Other task assigned by Management
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Environement, or related field.
• Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Wase water or related field.
• Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to negotiate and influence at all levels.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
- Proficient in problem solving
- Effective working in both independent and team work
- Strong oral, written and presentation in both Vietnamese and English
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Personal Attributes:
- Results-driven with a strong customer-focused approach.
- Strategic thinking to analyze customer objections & give appropriate solution
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a proactive strong team member.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
