Mô Tả Công Việc
1. Monitor and analyze sales team performance on multiple quantitative and qualitative KPIs and provides conclusive reports and recommendations adapted to the differential needs of internal customers (COO, SD, & Marketing Team)
2. Propose, plan, organize and monitor quantitative and qualitative effectiveness of sales force (Head of Regions-GT, Key Accounts, PMH ASM, ASMs, sales Supervisors and Reps) and presented in a month report format that shall be aligned with Sales Director and Senior Management.
3. Based on the SFE analysis, propose and manage continuous improvement of targeting model and approach
4. Manage Productivity projects along with other areas of business planning in order to guarantee relevant business information that allows resource optimization, investment analysis and provide key analysis to support strategic business information
Other responsibilities included in this role:
5. Work with external agencies or consultants to develop SFE training programs and establish a proper Sales Competency and Leveling process
6. Work collaboratively with BOT and Logistics to ensure smooth processing of orders and delivery of orders to customers.
7. Work as demand planner for Commercial team and be a key link with plant Demand Planning team to ensure all sales building blocks are upload in a timely manner.
8. Lead and ensure the successful re-launch of DMS to all regions.
Working conditions:
Workplace: 08 Phan Dinh Giot, Ward 2, Tan Binh dist., HCMC.
Working hour: 08:00 - 17:30 (Monday - Friday) & 08:00 - 12:00 (Saturday).

* Education/Academic Qualifications
Degree in Business or Marketing, and/or relevant discipline from a notable university.
* Functional knowledge/Technical skills

1. Strong FMCG experience
2. Strong analytical skills
3. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business or marketing
4. 5+ years of experience in sales most desirable (with demonstrable experience from bottoms up)
5. Fluent English skills
6. Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
7. Ability to operate independently
