Increase business through local customers. Identify new market opportunities and ensure effective development and promotion of the company and its products.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively develop and maintain relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure that the company’s maximum potential sales is realized.
- Actively increase sales volume from new project of current key customers
- Coordinate with other departments (Planning, production, TC/Packaging, etc.) to meet customer’s requirement for new projects
- Coordinate with other departments for customer visit/meeting/audit
- Handle, control orders from customers check price and input data on system
- Carry out or commission research in the company’s existing and potential markets to identify new opportunities
- Analyze trends in the business industry, help to develop products that are responsive to market demands, and identify new market opportunities
- Conduct meetings with existing and potential customers in order to develop current customer relationships and to create new/potential customer relationships
- Assist in formulating and monitoring the annual business plan to ensure the long-term success and viability of the company and the attainment of corporate objectives.
- Acquire new customers and generate leads for new accounts or projects to achieve business and financial targets and grow the business
- People Development:
Ensure that his/her direct report (s) has the necessary competencies and resources to deliver against the annual targets and long-term plans
Propose appropriate trainings to ensure adequate competency in required areas.

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in the field of Business Management, Business Administration or Engineering
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
8 years minimum work experience in sales key account management or business development
OTHER SKILLS / JOB CHARACTERISTICS REQUIREMENTS:
- Expert knowledge in compiling numbers and creating Excel spreadsheets including business plans
- Excellent verbal and written English language skill
- Excellent English presentation skill
- Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal relationship skills to work well with customers and employees from different departments/levels in the organization
- Strong negotiation, communication and conflict management skills
- Strong problem solving skills

FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIP:
- Directly reports to General Director
- Regularly contact internal and external parties
- Support team members to solve the complex requirements from customers
***Working Day from 8:00AM to 5:30 PM
Working time from Monday to Friday.

Travel by company bus from pickup point to company and vice versus.
