Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Leader at G. Pacific Logistics Co., Ltd. in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Sales Leader will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, providing training to the sales team, and overseeing sales management strategies to drive revenue and customer growth.
• Take responsibility about individual target and team sales target.
• Conducting market analysis to identify potential customers and competitors.
• Effectively communicating and negotiating with customers and vendors.
• Understanding pricing models and service differentiation.
• Building rapport/ relationship with clients and understanding their needs. Attending on client meetings or site visits.
• Checking, comparing and making quotation to customers. Taking responsibility about PnL, collecting debit and dealing contracts.
• Daily, weekly, monthly sales report.
• Any Adhoc mission from the company.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in logistics company. Proven track record sales targets and customers database.
• Sales and Sales Management experience.
• Competent English in 4 skills.
• Training and Leadership abilities.
• Communication and Customer Service skills with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Only Vietnamese.
***Working hours: 8AM to 5PM, Fridays to Mondays.
***Working Location: 1st Floor HUD building, 159 Dien Bien Phu, Binh Thanh district, HCMC.
