Sales Leader

- Be responsible for OKAMURA brand image development following company policy

- Find new customers within target market definition and manage customer relationship to achieve profitability goals (Non Japanese customers)

- Build up and maintain strong relationships with customers

- Be responsible to achieve profitability goals

- Accomplish other Sales and Marketing and Sales Freelancer - related tasks as needed that are assigned by the direct manager.

- Candidate who has experience of office Interior work, office design, office furniture sales, wide relationship are preferred.

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Sales Marketing, Business or a related field

- Vietnamese people, over 30 years old, minimum 02 years experiences working as Office furniture-related work.

- Good oral and written communication skills in English.

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, web searches

- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines with a high level of attention to details.

- Priority to candidates who have worked for foreign companies, especially MNC (multinational companies).

- Ability to work independently, as well as, in a team, adapt & work under high-pressure, honest, work overtime when necessary

- Willingness to participate in sales training in Ho Chi Minh City; the duration of the training is negotiable.

- Management experience is preferred and will be considered an asset.
