Sales Leader (Korean Company)

WORKING TIME: 9AM - 6PM from Monday-Friday, 9AM - 1PM Saturday

LOCATION: Diamond Plaza, District 1

SALARY: Negotiation (Base salary plus performance bonus)

SALES RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Identifying and managing interior clients

• Develop sales channels through real estate agencies, building management companies, and others

2. Sales of Designated Items (e.g., Chemicals)

• Make cold calls to identify potential customers and business partners

• Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients

3. Strategic Planning for New Business

• Develop and implement business strategies for new ventures to drive company growth. (Together)

• Preferred: At least 2 years of experience in the real estate agency or interior design industry

(Applicants with 3 or more years of general sales experience may also apply, even without the above background.)

• Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Positive, proactive personality, considerate personality, and respectful to others.

• Preferred: Female Aged between 28 and 35
