1/ Brand Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies that enhance AR’s market presence and reputation.
Align brand messaging with the company’s values of environmental sustainability, technological innovation, and high-quality products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behaviors, and opportunities to strengthen the brand.
2/ Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Foster a collaborative environment where innovative ideas are encouraged and developed.
- Set clear performance goals for the team and monitor progress, providing regular feedback and support.
3/ Market Expansion and Brand Positioning:
- Oversee market expansion initiatives, ensuring that brand positioning is consistent and impactful across different regions.
- Develop and implement strategies for entering new markets, with a particular focus on enhancing brand recognition.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Product teams to ensure that market entry strategies are aligned with sales goals and product launches.
4/ Communication and Media Relations:
- Serve as the primary spokesperson for the brand, representing AR at industry events, conferences, and in media engagements.
- Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, industry influencers, and strategic partners.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, press releases, and other communication tools that effectively convey the brand’s message.
5/ Customer Engagement and Experience:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and improve brand loyalty.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that customer interactions reflect the brand’s values and quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to continuously refine and improve the customer experience.
6/ Bilingual Communication:
- Utilize proficiency in both Chinese and English to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including international clients, partners, and team members.
- Ensure that all brand materials and communications are accurately translated and culturally appropriate for different markets.
Yêu cầu công việc
*Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing leadership roles, with a focus on brand management. For new employee, company will arrange to go to China for 2 weeks of training.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong understanding of international markets, particularly in the textile or footwear industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful branding strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
