Sales Logistics at HCM - HA NOI (Experienced)

- Seek and approach new customers for logistics and freight forwarding services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

- Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

- Coordinate with operations, carrier/vendor to ensure smooth handling of shipments and customer satisfaction.

- Update sales activities into system and submit regular sales reports.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

- Other tasks assigned by Manager.

- At least 1 year experience at Logistics company, preferably in sales

- Good understanding of logistics services, including sea freight, air freight, trucking, customs clearance, and warehousing.

- College or University degree in Logistics, International Business, Economics, or related fields.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

- Customer-oriented mindset, proactive and result-driven.

- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

- Good command of English (spoken and written) for daily communication with customers and partners.

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Professional appearance and attitude is a plus.
