Sales Area:
• Develop business opportunities with agents/ partners in the network and arrange sales meetings with prospective corporate clients.
• Searching new clients and developing new business with local shipper/ consignee, local factories under IVTRANS ‘s service.
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
• Constantly update information on the market.
• Identify service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Work alongside the business in the areas of strategy, sales operations and financial goals of the department.
Training & Development Area:
• Participate in the recruitment process of the Sales Team.
• Recognize their talents and continuously train, develop all team members.
• Weekly meet with the Sales Team and support them.
Yêu cầu công việc
Requirements:
• Male/Female.
• Bachelor's/College degree in Foreign Trade/International Business/ Logistics/ Business Administration/ Marketing, or related fields.
• More than 03 - 05 years of experience relating to the Logistics field.
Skills / Attitude
• Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices;
• Ability to meet sales targets;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Results driven and customer focused;
• Leadership and human resources management skills;
• Being good at communication and negotiation skills.
• Being professional and keeping work ethics
