Mô Tả Công Việc

• Searching, developing customer sources, promoting marketing activities for the company's freight forwarding services, including: air and sea freight, forwarding services, domestic and foreign freight.
• Perform customer service. Maintain and establish relationships with customers, Report to managers on quantity, business situation and feedback from customers.
• Provide service and price information by identifying customer requirements, advising customers on the use of the service so that the schedule and quality are suitable for the needs of use and selection of options. most optimal.
• Support and debt recovery.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales or output targets.
• Report the results of the implementation of marketing activities monthly to the Director
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Able to communicate in basic English
• Having enough knowledge about freight forwarding market in Vietnam
• Above 1 year working experience of sales function in freight forwarding.
• Strong communication skills and good command of English.
• Good at logistic thinking and fast learner.
• Can use MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
