Introduce company:
BC Trading, based in Vietnam and founded in 2018, is a leading trading of composite intermediate materials and chemicals. We have a wide range of network in the world.
Job Information:
- Update and organize related files/data including both electronic and paper files
- Managing customs-clearance procedure and following schedule of shipments
- Build and maintain strong relationship with General Department of customs, shipping lines and partners
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the composite materials
- Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, logistics, and technical support, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, preparing regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
- Negotiate and arrange bookings for cargos, transportation and make reports related to ocean freight, inland and road transportation cost
- Supervise import and export procedure
- Make and review shipping document for import / export
- Update information on any changes that influence import and export procedures, costing
- Arrange and keep shipping document
- Others requirement from Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
Degree and Experience:
- Graduated from University with Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics
- 3 years experienced candidates are preferred
- Professional knowledge: Incoterms, Import-Export business, Customs Procedure, HS codes, etc…
Requirement :
- English required (Business English – Intermediate Level or above, Good writing and listening competency is a must and verbal skills are highly valued)
- Strong Leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to analyze company procedures to make improvements
- Passionate, Detailed-Oriented, Positive mindset, High sense of Responsibility, and Strong problem solving skills.
- Careful , honest, willing to learn
Benefit:
- 13 month salary (to be discussed) & 12 days annual leave per year.
Working Conditions and Location
- District 7, HCMC.
- From Monday to Saturday Morning (Morning 08:00AM – 12:00PM; Afternoon 13:00PM – 17:00PM)
