Sales Logistics Supervisor

- Identify, target and secure new clients & business opportunities. - Build and maintain strong client relationships while developing existing ones. - Meet & exceed revenue/profit target for the department. - Prepare quotation & proposal to prospects. - Regularly visit existing & potential accounts. - Lead sales efforts to support overseas offices & get more overseas logistics business. - Collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery & customer satisfaction. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback for improvement opportunities. - Contribute to marketing collateral development to support sales efforts. - Complete the assigned job when required.

- Bachelor’s degree in foreign trade, business administration, marketing, or a related field. - Relevant experience is a must. At least 2 years working experience in Sales of Logistics/Freight Forwarding service. - Proven success in sales and marketing, ideally the logistics or transportation. - Strong business acumen and understanding of logistics and supply chain management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective negotiation and relationship building. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, result-driven. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office & prepare weekly reports for sales activities. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
