Mô Tả Công Việc

1. Plan/organize business activities to achieve sales according to targets set by the BOM.
2. Make contract with customers
3. Make quotation right after receiving information from customer
4. Analyze and calculate costs
5. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
6. Be responsible for formulating and executing strategies to ultimately support the company’s sales targets.
7. Market research to identify customer insight and purchase needs
8. Support engineering department to implement market/competitors research to propose effective business strategies.
9. Directly deal with potential customers until the completion of PO
10. Provide information (sales reports) for GD
11. Cooperate with procurement and engineering group to implement the plan to generate new sales from existing customers and potential customers.
12. Cooperate with other department to handle customer complaints.
13. Report the work periodically according to company regulations or the direction of Sales Manager
14. Other task required by Sales Manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Education: University degree: Economics, business administration, IT, language ( English or Korean)
- English or Korean Fluent writing and speaking (Korean is preferred)
- Computer: Excellent: Word, Excel, Power Point
- Gender: Male or Female
• At least 2 years experiences similar position
• Strong sales skills, deep knowledge about customer’s psychology
• Experience in establishing, maintaining and developing customers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Management skills, problem solving, organization of effective work
• Strategic Planning Skills.
• Customer management skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Have a high responsibility in works
• Enthusiastic business.
• Honest, straightforward, withstand the pressure of work
