Job Description
Now we are in need of recruiting 02 Sales Management Assistant.
Working in our Team, you have the chances to improve your skills, co-operate with famous international brands while broaden your mindset in retail field.
- Working time: 5 days/week, work in shift (1 - 2 afternoon shifts (2 PM - 10 PM) per week)
- Report to: Sales Management Manager
- Team: 8 members
1. General Management: supervise brands staff, floor management, checking of goods export
2. Co-operate with brands in charge:
- For Direct Purchase Brand: check and confirm with purchase orders of each brands, complete paper work related and make payment procedures with finance team.
Summarize discount program/ voucher with brands every month.
- For Total Revenue Share Brands: follow sales report daily, input brands’ data in the system
- For F&B Brand: manage the food safety and hygiene, follow and make required report monthly
3. Organize Sales events quarterly, work with brands in charge to invite and generate promotion campaign to push sales
4. Support Brands in operation at Lotte Department Store
Job Requirements
2. 1 - 4 years working experience is preferred: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Store Management,…
3. Good verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese.
4. Be careful & accurate, good team-work and communication skills.
5. Proficient in MS skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Good at working with numbers
6. Be willing to work in shift (1 – 2 afternoon shifts (2 PM – 10 PM) per week) and in holidays
