About the company:

- Responsible for P&L in Vietnam, primarily offline channel.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing channels in both GT and MT such as mom & baby store, supermarket and pharmacy.
- Work with 3rd party warehouse and logistic partner to ensure stock sufficiency.
- To explore new growth opportunities and develop new sales opportunities with the channels.
- Manage and execute promotion activities and trade marketing strategy.
- To drive daily sales planning, operation and execution.
- Execute store displays to ensure optimum display of brand and range.
- To maintain and develop good relationships across all functions and levels with customers.
- Actively engage in meetings with customers and proactively look at best solution for the business.
- Collects market information by carrying out regular market visit, and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 5+ years' of sales experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual in both English and Vietnamese is a MUST. (Good English is important as candidates will interview with the Singaporean CEO)
